The largest misconception about buying professionally fitted golf clubs is that you need a perfect swing to be fitted correctly. It is not true! Although we have fitted many professionals, you do not need to have the skill of a professional to be fitted properly.
Through our swing analysis, we can determine where you may need corrections made in your grip, set-up, alignment and address. It becomes more or less a free instruction session!
Remember, you can be fitted properly with any skill level you have.

With our expertise, you will be fitted for proper length (to the 16th of an inch), proper lie angle (to the exact fraction of degree), proper flex (one of our range of over 40), proper flex point for your swing and the club head you choose and proper grip size (to the 64th of an inch).
We arrive at all of these fitting specifications using a combination of dynamic and static measurements.
No appointment needed. Just come in, hit the demo(s), choose the model you want, and we'll fit them to you. Using our own special "Formulated Fitting System", the whole process takes about 30-45 minutes. No other company in the world uses this system....we invented it to make it easier for our clients to be fitted better, fitted faster and to start striking the ball better and playing more consistent golf with much faster and more positive results!

If your fitting was determined by someone asking you how tall you are, you are not fitted properly! Your height is not the factor that should be used by a professional club fitter. Also measuring from wrist to floor alone is not professional club fitting either. There are many factors involved to fit you properly. We do those things required to fit you the right way.
We have a tried and true formula that has been used successfully with many golfers since 1990.

We measure your swing factors with an electronic system we found to be the best for our fitting process and our clients. The use of the Tempo Trainer 911, PRGR Launch Monitor, Auditor Monitor, or Swing Speed Doppler Radar Sports Sensor gives us the exact data that we require to determine your proper fitting.
Our system measures your exact clubhead speed at impact in tenths of miles per hour. Also measured is your exact swing tempo, from clubhead take-away to clubhead impact, in hundredths of seconds and your "smash factor". With this data, we can determine the exact flex, flex point and swing-weight factors to make a proper determination about how our clubmaker will bench make your golf clubs.

• 40 FLEXES - We have a flex that will fit you. DV Golf's system determines over 40 different flexes. Therefore, if you're like many players we've fitted over the years, you could fall in between common flex categories. Our formula can get it right for you.
  When it comes to shaft flex being right for you, I'm sure you'll agree that because we are able to choose from many ranges each of Ladies, Senior, Regular, Firm or Stiff rather than just 1 Ladies, 1 Senior, 1 Regular or 1 Stiff is a better way to pick your flex. The other thing we want to make clear is that from our experience most clubs we've checked in our shop, on our cpm frequency machine or shaft deflection board, have been made much stiffer than the golfer thought they were getting. We can fit you for a flex that will be more suited to the way you need your clubs to react to your swing. When you buy clubs off the rack, there's no guarantee that the flexes or swing-weights in a set of irons or woods will match. Therefore, it makes no sense to work on getting your swing consistent when your clubs aren't matched and consistent.
  ABOUT SWING WEIGHT MATCHING
  At DV Golf we always match the club swing-weight and we'll make sure your clubs are right. Now you can work on your tempo and get it right, because your body's swing depends on what it feels in the dynamic of swinging the club. When the swing-weight is matched throughout your set of clubs, your body feels consistency. Every club feels the same to your body's swing. That is how your swing tempo becomes consistent.
  THAT'S OUR GUARANTEE!

  Even if you buy a set of irons and woods from us at different times, they will be matched, because we keep a record of every club we make for you. Even if you lose an iron, we can replace it and you can be sure it's the same as the rest of the set. That's something you won't get from buying clubs off the rack! That means your new clubs are a truly registered set.

  ABOUT SHAFT MATERIAL
  If you like to play with a lot of feel in your swing, we can achieve that for you, without you having to over swing and lose accuracy and distance.

  Graphite shafts are sometimes recommended to gain more distance because they're lighter, but we can accomplish that by using very light steel shafts. The technology of steel shafts has changed a lot in the last few years.....

  We will tell you that we recommend steel shafts over graphite shafts, because with graphite shafts you may be giving up 30% to 50% of the feel needed to keep your swing and tempo consistent.

  Graphite shafts are not always the answer for golfers that are "older" or women because they need more flex. We can make some steel shafts more flexible than graphite, because steel is stronger than graphite, and will bend more before they reach a breaking point.

  If you have a very severe impact problem, it can be overcome by using a "softer" tip steel shaft and/or our exclusively owned "AVS ShaftSerts" or our exclusive "AirShaft System". Call us, we'll tell you about these systems, that were developed by us and can only be found in clubs made by DV Golf.

  A FEW WORDS ABOUT LAUNCH ANGLE
  If you are experiencing a launch angle that you feel is compromising your shots, we can help you with this particular problem.
  Too high of a launch angle is mostly created by improper technique in your grip, alignment, clubhead take-away or a combination of these factors. It is not solely an equipment problem.
  We know this statement flies in the face of today's popular wisdom and club marketing! A lower driver loft for most golfers is NOT a very good idea and NOT a very honest evaluation by a lot of sellers of golf clubs. We have found that most times club sellers recommend that you buy a different club instead of evaluating your technique. Most club sellers don't even offer instruction, they just sell golf clubs!
  We have been eliminating high shot launch problems for our clients for years. We have done this with proper technique evaluation and instruction to lower a golfer's angle of attack of the clubhead relative to impact with the ball. Our process was correcting this problem long before machines were used to measure launch angle.
  We can prove this to you by improving your launch angle with the same club you have a problem with now!
  So, if you have a problem with launch angle, we will correct it for you through technique first.... equipment last!
